Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Residents of California and several other states can opt out of having their personal information sold or shared. Here's how.
What we do that triggers this right. We share your contact details and questionnaire answers with debt relief providers, and we are compensated for those referrals. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, that qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
How to opt out
Submit a request using any of these:

Include your full name, the email address and phone number you submitted to us, and your state of residence, so we can locate your record.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as valid opt-out requests where required by law. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser automatically — no form needed.
What happens after you opt out
- We stop sharing your personal information with debt relief partners for compensation
- We process the request within 15 business days
- We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months
- You will not be discriminated against for opting out
This does not stop calls or texts. Opting out of data sharing is separate from revoking contact consent. To stop calls and messages, see our Do Not Call Policy and SMS Terms. And if your information was already shared before you opted out, contact those partners directly to have them delete it.
