The rules for using this site. Please read them before you submit anything.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of FindDebtReliefToday.com (the "Site"), operated by 64 Squares Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we are — and are not

Our role is to collect information you voluntarily provide and introduce you to third-party debt relief providers. Any services you receive come from those providers under separate agreements between you and them.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

4. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, accounting, or credit repair advice. Content is general information only. Consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances.

5. No guarantee of results

We make no promise that you will qualify for any program, that any debt will be reduced or resolved, or that you will achieve any particular outcome. Individual results vary. Not all debts and not all applicants qualify.

You should understand that debt relief programs carry real risks, including:

• Negative impact on your credit score and credit report
• Continued collection activity, including the possibility of creditor lawsuits
• Accrual of additional interest, late fees and penalties during a program
• Potential tax consequences on forgiven debt

6. Third-party providers

We do not control, employ, or supervise the debt relief providers we refer you to. We are not responsible for their services, fees, conduct, representations, or results. Any dispute arising from services provided by a partner is between you and that partner. We vet partners against stated criteria, but that vetting is not a warranty of their performance.

7. Your consent to be contacted

By submitting the form, you provide express written consent to be contacted as described in our Opt-In Terms and SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time as described in those pages.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or submit data
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 64 Squares Consulting LLC, its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
