Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, who we share it with, and how to make us stop.
The short version. When you complete our form, we share your name, contact details and questionnaire answers with debt relief providers so they can contact you about their services. We are compensated for those referrals. You can opt out at any time — see Your rights.

FindDebtReliefToday.com (the "Site") is operated by 64 Squares Consulting LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: info@finddebtrelieftoday.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us

- Questionnaire answers: approximate unsecured debt amount, type of debt, whether you are currently enrolled in a debt relief program, payment status, your primary concern, and approximate monthly income.

Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and the advertisement or link that brought you here
- Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels
How we use it
- To match you with debt relief providers and pass your information to them
- To contact you about debt relief options by phone, email and text message
- To verify and document your consent to be contacted
- To measure advertising performance and improve the Site
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations
Who we share it with
This is the part that matters most, so we'll be direct about it.
- Debt relief partners
- We share your contact information and questionnaire answers with one or more licensed debt relief providers. They contact you directly and handle your information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We receive compensation for these referrals.
- Service providers
- Hosting, customer relationship management, telephony and SMS delivery, and consent verification vendors who process data on our behalf.
- Advertising partners
- Analytics and advertising platforms that help us measure campaign performance. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers.
- Legal
- Law enforcement, regulators or courts where required by law, and any acquirer in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets.
Under some state privacy laws, sharing your information with debt relief partners in exchange for compensation is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You have the right to opt out — see below.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
These rights are available to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and a growing number of other states. We extend them to all users regardless of location.
To exercise any right, email info@finddebtrelieftoday.com or call (904) 479-4442. To opt out of sale or sharing specifically, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Stopping contact
Opting out of data sharing is not the same as stopping calls and texts. To stop those:
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms.
- Phone calls: see our Do Not Call Policy.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Once your information has been shared with a debt relief partner, you may also need to contact that partner directly to stop their outreach.
How long we keep it
We retain lead and consent records for at least five years, which is the period applicable telemarketing regulations require for consent documentation. We may keep information longer where necessary to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact info@finddebtrelieftoday.com and we will delete it.
Third-party sites
The Site may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies separately.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
